This website is operated by Repair it Reuse it. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our”
refer to Repair it Reuse it. Repair it Reuse it offers this website including all information, tools and
services available form this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms,
conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service”, “Terms”,
including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by
hyperlink.

These Terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are
browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or
using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all
the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Any new features of tools which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the terms of this
service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting
updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for
changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes
constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e- commerce platform that
allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in
your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of the majority in your state or province of
residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of
service violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred
unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and
adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit Card information is always
encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of
the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is
provided, without express written permission by us.

1.Delivery

We offer 2 delivery options for customers in the United Kingdom 1. Royal Mail (standard delivery) 2.
Next day courier express package. Charges apply to both options and are not included in the price of
any product used on our e-commerce site.

Delivery of items should estimate as roughly 3-5 working days from the date at which the item was
purchased, unless specified otherwise by customer.

Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. Any items ordered
remain our property until we receive full payment.

We may run delivery promotions from time to time. If this is the case an email will be sent to the
customers email address providing full information of the promotional delivery offer.

2.Price and Payment Options

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, Maestro and Paypal payments.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have
been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.

The prices shown on our e-commerce site include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate
for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any
delivery charges. The delivery charge will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be
shown during the checkout process.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to
modify and discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We
shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or
discontinuance of the service.

3.Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the
issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will
be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.

We are working together with PayPal and Sagepay to offer you a safer shopping experience when
using your credit card online.

If you choose not to register during the checkout process depending on the card issuer, we may not
be able to process your order. A different method of payment will be required to complete your
purchase.

4.Returns

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and
receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods within 14 days from when the item
was purchased on the e-commerce site. This is providing the goods are in the original condition,
undamaged and in it’s original packaging in a saleable condition.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds for any of the parts/ consumables on the e-
commerce if the hygiene seal has been removed. Unless they are unsatisfactory quality or unfit for
purpose.

If you wish to return your goods please email [email protected] stating your order number
and the item you wish return and why. You will then receive instructions of how to return your goods.
Please note that all items returned must come with the despatch note you received enclosed.

4.a Returning goods bought as special offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi- buy discount offer (for example ‘buy 2 for £20.00’)
you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in that offer. If you return all
items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi- buy value.

For combination purchases (“buy one, get one free” or “get the lowest priced item free”), you must
return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.

4.b Returning Goods which are unsatisfactory Quality Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

4.c How will my return be credited back to me

When you return your purchase to www.repairitreuseit.com by mail within 20 days of purchase date,
you will recieve a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). Items received more than
14 days after the purchase date will not be refunded.

4.d Cancellations

Once your order has shipped it is no longer possible to cancel the order. If you would like to cancel an
order prior to shipment, please email [email protected] and we will refund the order in full.

5.Product information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products used on our
e-commerce site. However as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot
guarantee that you monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on
delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we make every effort to make these
measurements as accurate as possible wherever possible.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including
prices and promotions.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current.
The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or
used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more
complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your
own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current
and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any
time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your
responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

6.Purchase of Products

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our
acceptance of your order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the contract
for the purchase of goods will be made.
Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able
to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the
‘PAY SECURELY WITH SAGEPAY/PROCEED TO PAYPAL’ button.

If any discounts/promotions are triggered on the website it will not be applied until the order is
accepted but will be detailed in the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non- acceptance
of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
– The product ordered being out of stock
– Our inability to obtain authorisation of the payment
– The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion – If we
suspect any fraudulent activity

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer
to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your
payment secure. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders
that have already been despatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and
the time the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item
you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as
possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We continually update our website, from time to time we may run special discounts online which may
not be available at our site. Additionally some website promotions may not be available to customers
in particular jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or
cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include
orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use
the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order,
we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided
at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole
judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide to current,
complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You
agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email addresses and
credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you
as needed.

7.User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

If at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a
request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether
online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any
time, without restriction, edit , copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium
any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any
comments in confidence, (2) to pay compensation for any comments, or (3) to respond to any
comments. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in
our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory pornographic, obscene
or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these terms of Service. You
agree that trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that
your comments will not contain any libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or
contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the service
or any related website. You may not use a false e- mail address, pretend to be someone other than
yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely
responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume
no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

8.Errors, Inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors,
inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product
shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors,
inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in
the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you
have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the
service or any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by
law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the service applied in the service or on any related
website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the service or on any related website has
been modified or updated.

Repair Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are made between Repair it Reuse it (“the Supplier”) and the
Customer and shall apply to all requests for repair/service placed by the Customer and
adopted by the Supplier whether written or oral and whether expressly mentioned or not.

2. If you choose the courier collection service to send in your faulty machine to us please ensure
that the machine is adequately protected/packed for the journey as we cannot accept
responsibility for any damage to the machine sustained in transit. Please include your contact
details and a description of the fault (the more information the better). If you choose the
option for us to send a specialised tote box to you we will include internal packaging
materials. You may need to add further packaging subject to the size and shape of the
machine. The mains plug should be wrapped separately to prevent it scratching the machine
case and any accessories should also be secured. We book the courier collection on the day
you request the service. NB Should you decide to cancel the booking of either courier service
option and we are unable to stop the courier in time we will unfortunately have to recover from
you any associated courier charges and expenses incurred. (Normally deducted from any
credit owing).

3. In the event that the customer does not receive the repair/ service specified in this order the
Customer shall notify the Supplier within 7 days of the date of the invoice.

4. The Customer shall inspect the goods after the repair/ service has been completed and any
defect must be notified in writing within 7 days after completion of the repair/service otherwise
it is expressly agreed that risk passes to the Customer 7 days after completion of the
repair/service.

5. If the Customer shall fail to give notice as required in 3 then the repair /service shall be
deemed in all respect to be in accordance with the contract and the Customer shall be
deemed to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the repair/service as being
completely satisfactory.

6. The Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, cost damages or expenses suffered by the
Customer or any other person or company howsoever arising out of any failure to meet any
estimated repair/service or installation date.

7. The Supplier hereby expressly excludes to the extent permitted by the law and liability
(arising in contract or in tort howsoever arising) for
i. Consequential loss or damage caused by or arising out of the repair or service of the
equipment or occurring in respect of the equipment, and
ii. Loss or damage due to fair wear and tear and negligence or improper use, operational use,
operation, storage, or handling other than strictly in accordance with the Supplier’s written or
oral instructions during the course of the repair or service.
iii. Loss, injury or damage (including consequential loss) arising from fire, accident industrial
dispute, civil disturbance or any other act or accidental default interfering with the
repair/service of the equipment and beyond the control of the Supplier.

8. It is a condition of the contract that the parts/consumables delivered by the Supplier to the
Customer shall remain vested in the Supplier until payment due under all orders placed with
the Supplier by the Customer has been made in full. The Supplier may repossess any
parts/consumables in respect of which payment is overdue by 30 days from the date of the
delivery and thereafter resell the same, and for this purpose the Customer hereby grants
irrevocable right and licence to the Supplier and its servants and agents to enter upon all or
any of the Customer premises in normal business hours; this right shall continue to subsist
notwithstanding the termination of the contract for any reason and is without prejudice to any
other rights of the Supplier.

9. Until the payment in full has been made the Customer shall hold the parts/consumables as
bailee in a fiduciary capacity for the Supplier and it shall be the responsibility of the Customer
to keep the parts/consumables in good repair and condition at his own expense.

10. Subject to any indulgence granted by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of specific
orders for repair/service it is hereby agreed that if the Customer is in default in payment after
60 days from the date of completion of the repair/service interest shall be payable in respect
of the outstanding monies at a rate per annum which is 5% above the Barclays Bank Plc base
lending rate from time to time and also responsible for all legal costs incurred by the Supplier
in collecting any payments overdue.

11. These terms and conditions are made between Repair it Reuse it (“the Supplier”) and the
Customer and shall apply to all requests for repair/service placed by the Customer and
adopted by the supplier whether written or oral and whether expressly mentioned or not.

12. In the event that the Customer does not receive the repair/service specified in this order the
Customer shall notify the Supplier within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
