Thank you for choosing the Repair it Reuse it Team for the repair of your chosen machine. Please read the following terms and conditions below before proceeding to checkout the purchase of your RiRi Service Voucher #112.

Please note any purchase of the RiRi Service Voucher made after 3pm may have to be processed the following day.

Step 1:

Wants you have accepted the cost of the voucher and proceeded to checkout our courier will contact you to collect the machine. (Please note this does not cover collection/delivery for Ireland/The Channel Islands.)

Step 2:

Upon receipt of the machine in our workshop we will send you a text to confirm its safe arrival.

Step 3:

In the unlikely event that we are unable to repair the appliance, we could offer you a replacement refurbished model if available or a partial refund minus £16.50 courier and inspection fees.
