I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help with the fixing of my coffee machine, after the disappointment of the machine breaking down so soon after purchase. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the collection of the machine and the subsequent delivery which was much sooner than I expected! It was very helpful to have the email to track the parcel and the text message to let me know what time the machine would be delivered back to my school. Needless to say I am very happy again now to come home and look forward to a delicious cup of coffee. Thank you again what a super service you offer.

Hi, just wanted to drop a line to say thank you and express my satisfaction at the handling of the malfunction of my coffee machine. It was picked up on the 28th and returned to me on the 30th in full working order. I don’t know what work was done on it, but that is nothing short of extraordinary! My last bean to cup machine was a Gaggia and when that malfunctioned it took the best part of 6 months to get it back in working order, you managed it in 36 hours. Thank you for making it possible for me to have a decent cup of coffee to start 2016 with.
