This website is operated by Repair it Reuse it. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our”
refer to Repair it Reuse it. Repair it Reuse it offers this website including all information, tools and
services available form this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms,
conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service”, “Terms”,
including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by
hyperlink.

These Terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are
browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or
using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all
the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Any new features of tools which are added to the current site shall also be subject to the terms of this

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting
updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for
changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes
constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Repair Terms & Conditions

1 These terms and conditions are made between Repair it Reuse it (“the Supplier”) and the
Customer and shall apply to all requests for repair/service placed by the Customer and
adopted by the Supplier whether written or oral and whether expressly mentioned or not.
Please include your contact details and a description of the fault (the more information the better).
2 It is the customer`s responsibility to send the faulty machine safely into our workshop. We recommend you use suitable internal and external packaging to protect your machine against any possible transit damage including the wrapping of plugs and accessories which could scratch the machine. We advise that you take a photograph of the machine prior to despatch so that you have a record of its condition.
3 If you choose the option for us to send a specialised tote box to you by courier we will include internal packaging materials. However, you may need to add further packaging subject to the size and shape of the machine and we also advise to wrap up plugs and any accessories. We recommend that you take a photograph of the machine prior to despatch so that you have a record of its condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the machine sustained in transit to us however if you chose this courier option you can insure your machine against transit damage by paying the appropriate insurance premium listed on the booking form.
4 We will book the courier collection on your behalf on the day you request the service.
NB Should you decide to cancel the booking of this courier service option and we are unable to stop the courier in time we will unfortunately have to recover from you any associated courier charges and expenses incurred. (Normally deducted from any credit owing).
5. In the event that the customer does not receive their machine within 3 days of being despatched by us the Customer shall notify the Supplier to enable us to investigate promptly.
6 The Customer shall inspect the goods after the repair/ service has been completed and any
defect must be notified in writing within 7 days after completion of the repair/service otherwise
it is expressly agreed that risk passes to the Customer 7 days after completion of the
repair/service.
7. If the Customer shall fail to give notice as required in 5 then the repair /service shall be
deemed in all respect to be in accordance with the contract and the Customer shall be
deemed to have irrevocably and unconditionally accepted the repair/service as being
completely satisfactory.
8. The Supplier shall not be liable for any loss, cost damages or expenses suffered by the
Customer or any other person or company howsoever arising out of any failure to meet any
estimated repair/service or installation date.
9. The Supplier hereby expressly excludes to the extent permitted by the law, liability
(arising in contract or in tort howsoever arising) for
i. Consequential loss or damage caused by or arising out of the repair or service of the
equipment or occurring in respect of the equipment, and
ii. Loss or damage due to fair wear and tear and negligence or improper use, operational use,
storage, or handling other than strictly in accordance with the Supplier’s written or
oral instructions during the course of the repair or service.
iii. Loss, injury or damage (including consequential loss) arising from fire, accident industrial
dispute, civil disturbance or any other act or accidental default interfering with the
repair/service of the equipment and beyond the control of the Supplier.
10. It is a condition of the contract that the parts/consumables delivered by the Supplier to the
Customer shall remain vested in the Supplier until payment due under all orders placed with
the Supplier by the Customer has been made in full.
11. These terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed and construed in accordance
with English Law.

Online Terms

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in
your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of the majority in your state or province of
residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of
service violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred

unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and

adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit Card information is always

encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of

the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is

provided, without express written permission by us.

Price and Payment Options

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, Maestro and Paypal payments.

The prices shown on our e-commerce site include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate
for which we are responsible as the service provider. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any
delivery charges. The delivery charge will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be
shown during the checkout process.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to
modify and discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We
shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or
discontinuance of the service.

Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the
issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will
be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

At all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure.
We are working together with PayPal and Sage pay to offer you a safer shopping experience when
using your credit card online.

If you choose not to register during the checkout process depending on the card issuer, we may not
be able to process your order. A different method of payment will be required to complete your
purchase.
