Hi, just wanted to drop a line to say thank you and express my satisfaction at the handling of the malfunction of my coffee machine. It was picked up on the 28th and returned to me on the 30th in full working order. I don’t know what work was done on it, but that is nothing short of extraordinary! My last bean to cup machine was a Gaggia and when that malfunctioned it took the best part of 6 months to get it back in working order, you managed it in 36 hours. Thank you for making it possible for me to have a decent cup of coffee to start 2016 with.
