Sent Sage Barrista coffee machine in for repair, back within 7 days much cleaner than when it left, dropped in transit by the courier causing a new fault, company collected and repaired again at no extra cost - well informed all the way reasonable cost and good timeframe

They repaired my very expensive steam generator iron (£350) within a day and also replaced other parts that were a little worn. They are very talented, friendly and so professional. The whole job cost me £51 and I was a very happy customer. For anyone debating throwing away their small appliances, don’t! They can be repaired cheaply and last another few years.

My old steam iron returned as new

My TEFAL steam iron was not only repaired but also renewed with replacement of various components, it’s like having a brand new appliance (whose cost is over £200) for little more than £50!

It took 16 days to get it back but it was totally worth, I definitely recommend Repair it Reuse it.
