Repair it Reuse it is one of the largest independent repairers of small domestic appliances in the UK.

Based in a modern 25,000 sq. ft warehouse and workshop facility located in the North West, Repair It Reuse It is a division of Staffords Ltd, formed in 1918. We’re a dedicated team of fully trained, small appliance repair experts.

We are an Employee Owned Trust where everyone in our business shares in our success. With a strong focus on sustainability and supporting the circular economy – all our workshops are powered by renewable energy sources, all waste is recycled or reused and we only use the most sustainable logistics partners.

We use the same highly skilled technicians that perform our repairs for major UK and International brands – meaning you get the exact same quality, service and excellence.

I took a chance on sending in my Dyson Airwrap after it had started losing power and randomly switching off, and I was really pleased with the result. From the day I sent it off to having it back in my hands took just 10 days, which felt very quick. My only suggestion would be slightly better communication, as I did not know they had received it and only heard again when I got the dispatch email. I also only found out what had been fixed when I saw the note in the box saying they had cleared an internal blockage. Overall, though, a fantastic service and I am very pleased with the result.

I got emails telling me it was recieved, when it was been looked at and also when it was been returned. Its now working perfectly…maybe even better than it was before. "Hi, just wanted to drop a line to say thank you and express my satisfaction at the handling of the malfunction of my coffee machine. It was picked up on the 28th and returned to me on the 30th in full working order. I don’t know what work was done on it, but that is nothing short of extraordinary! My last bean to cup machine was a Gaggia and when that malfunctioned it took the best part of 6 months to get it back in working order, you managed it in 36 hours. Thank you for making it possible for me to have a decent cup of coffee to start 2016 with."
