Thank you to Repair Reuse It for a great experience overall. I took a chance on sending in my Dyson Airwrap after it had started losing power and randomly switching off, and I was really pleased with the result. From the day I sent it off to having it back in my hands took just 10 days, which felt very quick. My only suggestion would be slightly better communication, as I did not know they had received it and only heard again when I got the dispatch email. I also only found out what had been fixed when I saw the note in the box saying they had cleared an internal blockage. I had an issue with my Dyson airwrap. I booked online and sent it in to this company after finding them on google. I got emails telling me it was recieved, when it was been looked at and also when it was been returned. Its now working perfectly…maybe even better than it was before.
