About our repairs
You don’t need a local repair shop. Simply post and we return to addresses right across the UK, so wherever you are you can book online and have your appliance picked up, fixed and sent back to you. You can also post your item in or drop it at a local centre if you prefer.
Book online, search for your appliance and model, then choose the fault to see a fixed price. Pay online and either send your item in or book a collection. We start work the day after your device arrives and return it to you once it’s fixed, keeping you updated along the way.
We begin work the day after your item reaches us and most repairs are completed within seven days. Timings can vary with the fault and whether specific parts are needed, and we keep you updated throughout.
Every repair is a fixed price shown when you book, based on your exact model, and you pay upfront through the online system. If your device turns out to need additional parts beyond the standard repair, we’ll contact you with the cost before going ahead, so there are no surprises.
The price you pay covers the inspection, diagnosis and repair of your device. If we find it can’t be repaired, there’s nothing further to pay.
Yes. Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty covering the work we carry out and the parts we fit. If the same fault returns within that time we’ll put it right.
Wherever possible, we fit genuine manufacturer parts. For older machines where original parts are no longer available, we use parts of the same quality so your appliance performs as it should.
You can post it in or drop it at a local delivery centre. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
Pack your item in your own box, empty any water tanks and remove beans, pods or kegs, and include the accessories relevant to the fault.
Payment is taken upfront through the online booking system. We accept card, Apple Pay and Klarna, so you can spread the cost if you prefer.
We’re part of Staffords Ltd, an appliance business established in 1918, and we’re ISO 9001 certified. Our technicians are fully trained, and for brands like Dyson and Beerwulf they’re manufacturer trained. Choosing repair over replacement also keeps working appliances out of landfill.
Coffee machine repairs
Yes. A machine that won’t power on can be down to a range of electrical faults, and our technicians will diagnose the cause and repair it. Book online and select the fault to get started.
