Getting involved with our local community in Knowsley
We’re an Employee Owned Trust. Everyone here shares in our success. It also means everyone has a stake in the area we work in and in the people around us. Our workshops are powered by renewable energy, and all our waste is recycled or reused. Every appliance we repair is one fewer in landfill.
When a local cause needs support, we’ll always roll up our sleeves and get involved!
Supporting Willowbrook Hospice
Willowbrook Hospice in Prescot is the only hospice serving St Helens and Knowsley, and we’re proud to support it.
Willowbrook provides free specialist palliative care to adults living with life-limiting illnesses, and support for their families. That care is free to patients, it isn’t free to run. Most of the money comes from local people, local businesses and fundraising events.
Since March 2026, our team has taken part in fundraising for Willowbrook, with planned coffee mornings and other events coming soon.
You’ll also find Willowbrook collection boxes in our offices, reception and customer drop-off area. If you’re leaving an appliance with us, any spare change goes straight to the hospice.
