Due to the size and/or weight of the item to be collected it will need a specialised box.
DPD will arrive with a tote box containing appropriate packaging to collect your item. Please place your appliance in the tote box provided by the driver, who will then take it away. You will receive tracking details and a delivery time slot directly from DPD, which can be changed if needed.
Item is covered for verified loss or damage occurring during courier transit to Repair It Reuse It up to £100.
