What we Repair

We fix the appliances people use every day and would rather not replace. Coffee machines that leak, won’t pump, have stopped heating or are grinding badly. We repair DeLonghi, Sage, Krups, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Kenwood and Tefal machines, including bean-to-cup and pod models.

Food mixers and processors with worn gears, seized motors, broken attachments or a bowl that no longer locks. Kenwood, KitchenAid, Magimix and Tefal.

Steam irons and steam generators that have stopped steaming, started leaking or shut off mid-use. Limescale is the usual culprit in Merseyside, and it is nearly always fixable.

Vacuum cleaners that have lost suction, are overheating, cutting out or making a noise they didn’t used to make.

Beerwulf Blade beer machines with pouring, cooling or pressure faults.

Dyson Airwrap stylers and Tefal air fryers that have stopped heating or won’t power on.

Drop Off in Knowsley, Liverpool

Two ways to get your appliance to us, and one of them saves you the wait for a courier.

Bring it to the workshop. We are at Overbrook Court on Knowsley Business Park, off Overbrook Lane, L34 9FB. If you are in Liverpool, Prescot, Huyton, Kirkby or anywhere across Merseyside, you can hand your appliance over in person during office hours and collect it the same way once it’s repaired. No packaging, no courier, no waiting in for a delivery slot.

Or we’ll collect it. Book online, pick a day that works, and we’ll collect from your door and return it when it’s done. Collection and return are available across the whole of the UK. We can supply a tote box with internal packaging if you need one.

Either way you’ll get real-time updates by email and SMS, so you always know where your appliance is and what’s happening to it. Most repairs are completed and back with you within a week, though that depends on parts availability for your model.

Our workshop sits on Knowsley Business Park, roughly eight miles east of Liverpool city centre and a few minutes from the M57 and M62. If you can get to Prescot, you can get to us. We take drop-offs from across Liverpool, Knowsley, Prescot, Huyton, Kirkby, St Helens, Sefton, the Wirral and Halton. For everywhere else in the UK, including anyone in Merseyside who would rather not make the trip, we collect and return free of charge.
